The Town of Double Oak adheres to the Texas DIR policy on the Texas.gov domain naming standards. Using the Texas.gov domain name assures our citizens that our domain is an official, trusted Texas municipal/government entity.
Electronic Mail (email) Naming Convention
All Town Administration, Town Council & Police Department Employees email addresses have been migrated to the texas.gov domain naming convention. All personnel can be emailed directly by the following method: first_name.last_name@doubleoak.texas.gov. In an effort to reduce spam, direct email addresses have not been listed.
