02-21-2020 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Double Oak - During the conduct of a traffic stop investigating officer located suspected drug paraphernalia. A citation was issued.
02-22-2020 - Assault - Lantana - Officers responded to assist Denton County Deputies with the investigation of an alleged family violence offense involving serious bodily injury to the complainant.
02-25-2020 - Violation of a Protective Order - Double Oak - A witness reported the violation of a family violence protective order.
02-28-2020 - Suspicious Circumstances - 200 blk. Oak Trail, Double Oak - A resident reported an unknown person repeatedly knocking on their front door. Officer was unable to locate the subject(s).
02-29-2020 - Runaway(s) - Double Oak - It was reported that two teen males left home without parental permission. Subjects returned on their own.
02-29-2020 - Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information - Double Oak - An unknown suspect "spoofed" a local business email and contact list. The complainant's contacts were sent emails requesting money to help a friend dying from cancer. The email asked for donations to paid by using three $100.00 dollar gift cards. After buying the financial instruments, the victim was asked to email the codes located on the back of the cards.
03-03-2020 - Agency Assist - Lantana - At 4:00 a.m. officer responded to a report of a burglar alarm and an unsecure elementary school with the Denton County Sheriff's Department. No suspects were located and no sign other sign of criminal activity was detected.
03-04-2020 - Motorist Assist - Double Oak - Officer stopped to assist a motorist who had driven into a ditch.
03-06-2020 - Welfare Check - Double Oak - With the assistance of fire department and Denton County personnel officers conducted a welfare check on a distraught individual.
03-09-2020 - Welfare Check - Double Oak - A motorist reported a young child riding a bike in the roadway. Upon investigation it was determined that the child's mother was monitoring the bike riding.
03-10-2020 - Animal Complaint - Double Oak - Officer responded to reported animal bite. A resident reported having been bitten while leaning on the fence between his
property and the neighbors.
03-14-2020 - Disturbance - Double Oak - Officer responded to a disturbance call between a parent and children.
