There are four empty dumpsters and residents can resume dropping off storm debris at town hall.

The dumpsters are ONLY for Double Oak residents use. Residents may be asked to provide identification when using the dumpsters.

The dumpsters are intended for small general clean up of residential properties resulting from the March 2, 2023 storm.

Contractors will not be allowed to use the dumpsters.

Please do not leave anything on the ground outside of the dumpsters. Please clean up around the dumpsters. Tree limbs are not allowed to hang outside of the dumpsters.

When these four dumpsters are full, they will be closed off. These will be the final town provided dumpsters for this storm event.

Other options to dispose of storm debris:

  • Residents can set out brush & small tree limbs which are bundled and tied that do not exceed 4 ft in length and 50lbs per bundle at the street on trash day.
  • Residents can use the Republic Services Camelot landfill located at 580 Huffines Blvd, Lewisville, TX 75057.  (972)492-3888. With a current garbage bill and driver license you can make twelve trips a year to the landfill. A truck pickup bed or an eight foot trailer is the maximum size that can be used. Call for the general public hours of operation. http://www.timetorecycle.com/locator/sitedetails.asp?id=62
