Waketon Road - Early Morning Concrete Pours

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

EARLY MORNING WORK HOURS

Due to the ongoing and widespread supply chain shortages and very limited delivery options due to shortages in truck drivers, it is necessary for us to take advantage of the option of receiving concrete in off-peak hours so that we can effectively continue the construction of Waketon Road. We are extremely limited as to when we can even get concrete, and our few remaining options are to take the material when we can.

Currently, June 29th, 2022, is the only date in the near future that we can get on the concrete delivery schedule and 1:00 am is the only open slot from the producer. If we do not take advantage of this limited availability, we cannot get on the delivery schedule until sometime in July. As such, concrete paving operations will begin at 1:00 am on June 29th, 2022, between Cross Timers Drive/Kings Road, and Kyle Court. If we can get more concrete in the following days after, we may start early on those days as well. Currently, we have no allocations committed to us other than June 29. We make daily requests to be put on a delivery schedule, often with little luck.
